Quite right, and great pic to kick it off.

Yeah, okay. I'll pay that.
If you're not on edge, you're taking up too much space.

Grayman remains the champion of tactically 'nuanced' posting on the net. Brilliant.
oh yes, and of course, pinched.

It's quite the package deal these days, the organization of evil, for lack of better word.
No bid contracts for the bombs; no bid contracts for the rebuilding of the shit we bomb.
Big media; big energy; big medicine...all chummy bed-mates these days.
It's getting difficult to raise any resistance to it. Attempts are met poorly. You lose your job; get banned; have your life ruined should one expose the under-pinning of big corruption. Look at the anti-war movement, for instance. There isn't one. War has become a permanent necessity for the new capitalism. Even Jesus had to be co-opted.

Cheer up sweetheart, Vlad's arrived!! He's all dressed up as Dorothy, probably wearing the red shoes and apron, the posts are voluminous, can't read the gift tags, but it sure doesn't sound as if 'shes' in Kansas any more.stanky wrote: ↑Fri Jan 13, 2023 5:43 pm It's quite the package deal these days, the organization of evil, for lack of better word.

TA will be chuffed. heh heh ... not.
You really need to think differently about war. It's not a pretty trait but a necessary driver to keep the species on it's toes. We'd all be picking the lint out of our navels under a palm tree if we hadn't had to fight to survive. Now that may appeal to some, but there would be very few of us, and we'd be bored shitless!!
Capitalism didn't invent wars. That's just your rusty old Socialist genes talking. Hominids have been cracking each others' skull since before clam shells were currency. It's the nature of the beast darlin', we're not all saints, and not all soldiers, but some of us are either and isn't it a Socialist thing to embrace diversity??
How's life treating you lately, Stanky darlin'?. You sound in need of a good long winded philosopharty counselling session! or get a new cat or something.
Did your crop get frostbite or something? Hope it's nothing dire making you sadder than usual over the parlous state of mankind.
Cat's work for Sparky.
Retail therapy medicates me.
What can we do for you??
Re: Reasons Humans Are Doomed
I'm peachy.
Some things are different these days. We've never been here before.
You might say it's the same old same ole, but it isn't.
Seeing the hopelessness of certain agendas doesn't depress me at all.
I can imagine it must sound depressing from the outside, but i'm good.
