Colombia is all alone at the top of the list for sure. Chilaquiles.... mmmm-mm. Check for tomatillos next time in town. Or maybe the neighbors.

Finally, an almost cloudless night
here, very dark, I was checking out the stars, listening for bird sounds, when I spotted a bright bigger-than-Venus light moving in a straight line across the sky, no flashing green or red lights like a plane, figured it had to be a satellite, never saw one that fucking bright.
Looked it up... was the ISS/International Space Station:

It's amazing how much average city light pollution fucks up a great view of the night sky.
