Serious contender for the worst car ever made: under-powered, unstable as a jellyfish on roller skates, and liable to be blown apart in strong winds.

How the fuck Citroen, with all their history of making superb cars (including contender for the best-ever car, the DS) , came up with the idiotic idea of the 2CV completely escapes me.

Yet, they still sell...

It should be noted that the old lady sitting in the front seat when that one hit the ground lost all her remaining eggs simultaneously.

None of them broke, but it was a bit of a problem finding them all in the, ah, situation.

Remnants of the Transandine Railway just shy of the Chilean/Argentine border on the Argentina side. Killer beautiful day up there today.

Surprised to not see any "side by side" rail bikes like the one i rode long ago. two identical 3-speeds, cross braced with out riggers. What fun.
(except for derailment at speed. that wasn't fun.)

What did Mr. Bean drive? Wonderfully crappy.
Also Basil Fawlty's car.
Perhaps a Renault?

Railway over the pass way above Uspallata, Argentina, quite decrepit in lotta places, still great views. Actually saw a two-bike powered platform yesterday, didn't take a pic as it wasn't really functional anymore, missing a seat, flat tires, rusted.

Climbed the snowdrifts on it further today, didn't venture too far yesterday, then realized had another couple kilometers before Chilean border...
