Well yeah, the Catholic church is fucked up enough. We don't need to make up lies to discredit them - they're doing a great job of that all by themselves.

A lot of things get put in the RCC that they're not responsible for.

When i saw that, i was stunned by the amount of trash. Wtf!?
does everyone bring a bag of trash with them, and toss it out as they party?

Same. I've never seen so much trash in my life. Probably more dead bodies under it.

There are some photos floating around under the "different views of famous places" heading that show ridiculous amounts of rubbish around the Taj Mahal and the Giza Plateau (which is now just on the outskirts of Cairo, by the way).

For some reason, we don't get that here, as I can attest after going to a number of tourist spots over the past 4 days. Rubbish is almost non-existent, despite most places not even having bins.
