I located the text online, also bought two copies of the book, it´s quite small. It was first written as an essay in the mid 80s.

It was invoked a number of times on TA´s prior forum to Recogitare the summer and fall of 2016 as it became more and more apparent the orange shit-for-brains was on the rise and that his sucking void had been anticipated by Frankfurt.

I bought it on Kindle and read it on the bus trip to the airport when I went on my European holiday last year. It's quite short. I did not know that the full text was online.
