Guardian article sent to me today by a friend in Mexico. Funny, haven't heard a word about it locally. We sure didn't know.
Seems like inevitable real estate shenanigans. Someone will make a lot of money, selling lots for 10 x more than the land cost, I could have bought that land for less than $100/acre, if i'd had $10,000 at the time.
If the lots sell, the clients will be in for some surprises. This zone is remarkably tolerant of far left, gay hippy types and inter-racial marriages. The right wing extreme types have no show here so far. You never see someone with a gun or Trump banner. There's no Karen's.

Hate to see all this development along the Cumberland River. What can you do?
