"Thoughts and prayers" fellas. 8-) :D

They''ll be a spike in Valium sales among the croppers up in this area if they've gotten wind of this.

Just when there's talk of making it legal (and thus taxable) in Oz this bovver breaks out.

Bring it on. I've long said that if I could smoke dope legally I wouldn't have a drinking problem.

When the motor quits and you choose to sacrifice your aircraft to the water rather than land on the beach and possibly injure someone.

Good piloting actually.

My sister and her husband live in Oshkosh, WI. It was the windup for the big EAA airshow there this weekend.

Also the family memorial for my 37 year old nephew who offed himself end of this past January. It was like the Korean War, Vietnam, and WW II all going on at the same time overhead at the cemetary. Got quieter towards the end of the ceremony after a helicopter and a smaller rig had a mid-air collision, everything shut down at the airfield for a while.

I imagine living there is akin to living in Sturgis during Bike Week.

Condolences on your nephew.

Thanks.

Used to love all that air force stuff when I was younger, recognized some of the things zooming over... B-25s like Doolittle flew over Tokyo in WWII, Korean War Sabre jets, forget what else.

Excellent picture of my brother at the EAA years ago...

This is something I would expect in Australia to be honest....

Texas woman injured after hawk drops snake on her

A Texas woman was attacked by a hawk and a snake at the same time after the bird - which eats snakes - accidentally dropped the wriggling serpent on her.

Jesus! That's either unlucky or lucky, since it didn't do much damage.

And that a fucking gigantic lawn!
