I miss Carlin. One of a kind.

I also miss Sagan. He mentioned Sun Worship in "Cosmos" explaining that some of our ancestors thought it was a good idea and noting that they were not stupid as most of the worlds population is today, real and valuable information on any fucking thing having been cock-blocked by idiots to promote idiocy through book burnings, library burnings, and general discouragement of seeking the facts by young people when they ask really good questions.

"Why is the sky blue?"

"Gawd did it."

Fucking doomed I tell ya! :)

Eh. The few times I've heard NdGT interview someone he seemed more interested in talking than in listening to the other person talk.
If you're not on edge, you're taking up too much space.

If I could bring back 2 humans back to life they'd be Sagan and Hitch.

Both gone to soon. Giant intellects that we could well do with today.

I agree a bit but I have to temper it with saying I've never seen him with someone who had anything to say more valuable than Tyson.

I so wish he was related to Mike.

Agreed and agreed again.

If I ever make it down that way I'll stand you a Single Malt or two, provided you indulge. :)

I dunno, somebody has to keep track of the position of the wormhole where we will be exiting to ensure that that opening will be in a somewhat advantageous position, such as on earth, if you see what I mean.
