oh, man

Jeff Beck, gone suddenly. Good on him; played 'till the end.
Here's classic Jeff; short tune; hang in for the epic ending riff.

There's a lot of young guitar players that make a stir.
Here's one of the best I've heard:

At 15 years old, he's got some future.

I am reminded of when I first heard/saw Shawn Lane. He was playing lead for Black Oak Arkansas and was only sixteen at the time.

Another guitarist who should have gotten more recognition than he did and was taken from us too soon.

wow.

they're dropping like flies...
and so many more in line.

in the media, it does tend to give the dead one's music a boost.
it's been fun hearing some Beck and Crosby. It's hard to miss.
Who's next?
(Willie Nelson turns 90 in april.)

i'd never heard of Shawn before.
too bad he's already split the scene.

Jesus, Woody Allen was my first thought when the photo popped up. I feel for The Boss, he should get a haircut or something.

Meanwhile, a gem I came across for Sparky!

Don't for god's sake listen to their music - K-Pop is an abomination. I know none of them are redheads, but holy shit, if you rate Asian women at all, these girls are right at the top of the babes in music stakes: https://www.harpersbazaar.com/culture/a ... ini-album/

(I'll have the blonde, of course)

The one that's closest to being a redhead for me then.

Hope she's crazy. :)
