Seems like inevitable real estate shenanigans. Someone will make a lot of money, selling lots for 10 x more than the land cost, I could have bought that land for less than $100/acre, if i'd had $10,000 at the time.
If the lots sell, the clients will be in for some surprises. This zone is remarkably tolerant of far left, gay hippy types and inter-racial marriages. The right wing extreme types have no show here so far. You never see someone with a gun or Trump banner. There's no Karen's.

The real benefit of it is being able to shit over fuckwits who say bad things about her. I don't give tow shits about her music, but she's an outstanding human being.
