ten below this morn.
we slept out anyway, under a heap of blankets.
extra cold makes extra cozy.
could'a used a few dogs.

we plan to play with ice some, while it's here.
i really admire that ice can be strong glue or slippery surface; transparent or reflective; that it has more volume than its liquid form and enough compressive strength to drive big trucks on.

i wish ice was warm.

can you imagine?
cold as shit outside...

The temperature here has been up and down like a feminist jogger's t-shirt.
If you're not on edge, you're taking up too much space.

Wind and rain last night.

This is what we found on the road behind our house as my dogs and I were out walking this morning - didn't affect my place:

Odd.

My photo appears on my laptop, but not my phone.

I like what you found behind my place.

We're under the weather gun today. High tornado risk; hail, etc. This time, we're not on the edge of the nasty, we're smack in line.
Ugh. New greenhouse is fairly vulnerable; lots of dead trees (white ash) could come down. I dodged Easter and April Fool's day (day my oldest brother checked out) so today might be rough because how many bullets can i dodge? I've offended God and no God; dems and pubs; alone in the holler.
gulp.

good thing i'm not superstitious. I'm not even regular 'stitious'.
just gruntled.
