The new thing with masses of wild teens on the streets at the same time, in a designated place, organized on social media, is an interesting phenomena. Watch Chicago this weekend. The kids will manipulate the cops into having a presence where they won't be. If they're clever enough.
I expect the shootings to get way more frequent until it becomes our new war.
