It's still not. The actual story remains unknown due to the massive contamination by unknown operators and the truth will probably never be known.
When it comes to science, it's much easier. There are thousands of experiments that work on mice, but not humans, otherwise we'd have cured cancer decades ago.
Also, that looks like a Catholic bishop, who aren't the ones strongly advocating for 2nd amendment solutions to perceived problems. But evangelical pastors are harder to identify on sight than Catholic bishops, so I guess it's understandable.
And though a Catholic bishop is quite rightly depicted as caring for an unborn child more than the welfare of the mother, I'm not sure they'd be shooting the mother in the head. So, a couple of issues here.
