Revelation 13:3 - King James Version
3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Of all the people that get to rule heaven and earth, why him?
fuck!
guess i'll give up and worship him, with the others.
the new victory photo with the Iwo Jima feel will go nicely with my gun collection.

I'd jump if i was 10 years younger. sounds great.sparks wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 6:32 pmI'd love to but for three problems: No money for such things right now, I have kittehs to take care of and my passport is long expired. But it is a lovely idea.President Bush wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 4:51 pmsparks, gman, anybody else interested in exploratory trip to Colombia (you too, stanky) ... this town is small, beautiful, has international tourism meaning you can get by with minimal Spanish. Rains a lot but that means it is green as hell, with great bird populations, coffee growing everywhere, mountainous, not too high an altitude, good food, cheap by US standards.

Medellín not too far away, international airport with direct flights from the US. Colombian customs is very easy in my experience. Get three month stay stamped in your passport no problem.
so immersed in the land here
too late for the sailboat too.
no regrets. life is bittersweet.

But I wonder what was up with the shoe comment.Admin wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 6:25 pmI don't have any issues with it being the bullet that cut his ear. A very lucky or unlucky shot, depending how you feel about Trump.Meadmaker wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 3:14 am I'm not so sure if that could be true. I think the teleprompters were on the wrong side of his head. But I've also been trying to figure out the geometry that could produce the wound that was seen on the videos without at least doing some skull damage. That's part of what led me to speculate that maybe the injury was more serious that was acknowledged. If it was a glass wound, that would explain it.
The kid wasn't a good enough shot to make his high school shooting team, so it's probably a miracle the bullet went anywhere near him.
Does he take off his shoes when he's at the podium?
I assumed he was just dazed and confused from being shot in the head with a grazing shot.

Flight from Eugene to Medellín can be had round trip for $365. I checked, entered flight out Oct 1, flight back Nov 5.
You can score a nice furnished apt/small house in a beautiful place with a great fucking quality of life, single tourist women strolling around. $500- $1000 bucks month. You can eat well for way less than half the price what things cost there.

Not volunteering to be a tour guide, really just trying to help, you're a single guy, got your health, what the fuck, only one way to find out. Redcoats are coming.
Re: Planet America
Appreciate that Prez! But I can't qualify without starting the passport from scratch. Money is questionable. And then there are my kittehs. I'm one of just two people they've ever known. I can't leave them with others.

Re: Planet America
I just applied to renew my passport for a bucket list trip in November. AU$400, if you can believe it.
If you're not on edge, you're taking up too much space.
