As noted in the article, it's a small market. And that means a serious if not illegal lack of proper monitoring.

No one knew it was off the air because no one was checking on it.

As for making off with a 200 foot tower, I remain extremely skeptical. Just not enough time, even if the thieves simply dropped the tower. In that case it's a good bet it couldn't be re-assembled anywhere else.

Yesterday, a woman brought a five year old boy to a church that holds 16,000 people. She proceeded to pull out a rifle and start shooting, but the armed guards of the church killed her in a shootout.
