Packaging.
Why is packaging so great that you need power tools to open an envelope?
The stuff inside isn't too great, but we really know how to wrap it.
I wrestle with it almost daily. It causes me to use bad language.

Those holy rollers are really rough on snakes. They aren't equipped to care for them. When the snakes die, they hunt more of them. It's abusive.
