Re: Aussie v NZ
Jezuz Arty what are you on? do you ever get out much or is your head too far up your ideological ego? Is that how you view life? In shades of racism? get one mate. be Is there some kind of evidence for that or are you just stamping the jackboot of "I'm a Socialist therefore I must be obeyed!&qu...

Re: Humor (Subject to opinion)
I found stanky's new job: https://www.13abc.com/2023/02/25/2-old-farts-set-up-park-give-out-free-advice/ I've pinched that, I happen to know a couple of old forum farts who need to get out of the house more. (their wives told me) Butbutbut.. how does it happen that black and white blokes are mates ...

Re: Aussie v NZ
You have to be kidding me, ON is more racist than BLM?? They have the saving grace TA of being too dysfunctional to do any real harm. They're not all that 'racist' anyway, at least I don't think so, articulation isn't a strong point when it comes to Pauline laying out policies, and some of their pol...

Re: Mad, Bad, and Sad: Global
I don't think any of us are far off the page, we just differ on who has the best ideas about fixing the problem. Long term! Not the short term fix of pooling everyone's assets and sharing them out. That's just challenging human nature. BTW, that 'and I'm the bad guy? was meant to point out the 'wron...

Meanwhile in Oz. Rare footage of a 'Drop Bear' in action. https://twitter.com/RitaPanahi/status/1630452510552125440 and this kind of thing is still going on. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11800901/Sydney-man-finds-red-belly-black-snake-inside-shoe-prompting-warning-snake-handlers.html

Oh I've had a good look Arty, at both, and I preference ON ahead of the Greens every time. For reason ON is the least dangerous, they just cant organise as well. If I want to live in a commo country I'll move to one. Have you tried that at all??

Re: Aussie v NZ
My more 'centrist conservative' eye sees Adam Bandt frothing communist agendas and my mental gates slam shut. A similar stance can be taken for One Nation too, their actual pollicies are fairly mild and even sensible but they're obscured by her raucous articulation and personality. Their past choice...

Re: Mad, Bad, and Sad: Global
Poverty is a design feature of our system. We need a lot of money because we're forced to buy a lifestyle we don't want or need. In the U.S., being poor is expensive. In less wealthy nations, people can live an elegant life on very little money. The towns are accommodating, in their arrangement. Yo...

Re: Planet America
Won't be me trashing either Rotarua or Canberra, I can't think of two more worthy places to never visit again. I reckon Rotarua would only be a go to place to lose weight. I couldn't eat for the 2 days spent there. Everything smelled and tasted of sulphur. I can see where it would have advantages fo...
