white trash on drugs
#1
today, i started with an infusion of caffeine, taken orally.
this was followed shortly by ingestion of nicotine, in a gaseous form, via the lungs.
later in the day, an ounce of ethanol was ingested; orally, in the form of cheap Kentucky Bourbon.
a few hours later, a small quantity of thc was absorbed through the lungs, along with some other combustion by products in a unit referred to as a joint.

i'm not on any prescription drugs, though sometimes i wish i could score some opiates. because pain, and stuff. but i can't.
instead, i write dumb shit...and wish Santa had brought me an old Trans Am i could put up on blocks. Flat black primer.

I like the idea of a hot car that will never run. There's beauty in it.

Ask not what is the problem but, rather, where is the lesion.

Thanks, man.

You always know what to say when I'm stoned.

my white trash challenge has been about being tough with the tender heart.
i'm so not tough anymore, that the tender heart thing feels more responsible.

The world has room for eccentric types. Prez is proof enough.

White trash aren't real uppity; not exactly proud.

It's amusing to take a ride back in time, and imagine one's distant ancestors.
Beyond 10 or 20 thousand years ago, it looks like we came from nomadic hillbillies.
Not white, but funky.

Last two pics I took today of a local petroglyph site we hadn't been
to for a couple years. Obscure place, unmarked... hang a right off
the horse route at the multi-chubby saguaro. Missed it a couple
days ago.

We've named saguaros who appear particularly earnest.
